About
Lucy Koroma blends clinical care, real estate innovation, and philanthropy to uplift lives and build legacies.

Nurse. Leader. Visionary. Advocate
My name is Lucy Koroma—Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, and founder of mission-driven healthcare and wellness organizations. With nearly two decades of experience across clinical care, operations, and community outreach, I’ve dedicated my life to healing not just bodies, but systems. My journey began at The Hospital for Sick Children in Washington, DC, where I cared for medically fragile pediatric patients. Since then, I’ve served in medical-surgical units, mental health clinics, schools, homes, and leadership roles—each step deepening my commitment to compassionate, equitable care.
I hold a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, completed my PMHNP post-master’s program at Walden University, and am currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). Education fuels my leadership, but empathy drives my mission. As CEO and founder of Aspire Behavioral Health Solutions, MME IV Hydration Lounge, Muna’s Heart Nursing Services, KoisKloset, and Munas Heart To Hand Foundations, I’ve built platforms that serve the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. From psychiatric care to fashion empowerment, from IV wellness to global medical aid, my work reflects one truth: healing takes many forms.
I believe nurses are not just caregivers—we are innovators, advocates, and changemakers. My purpose is to break barriers in care, uplift underserved communities, and lead with heart.
A Nursing Journey That Transcends the Bedside
I became a nurse because I wanted to be there for people when they needed someone most. My journey began at The Hospital for Sick Children in Washington, DC, where I cared for medically fragile children—many of whom couldn’t speak, but whose eyes told stories of pain, resilience, and hope. That experience shaped me. It taught me that nursing isn’t just about clinical skill—it’s about presence, empathy, and advocacy.
Over the years, I’ve worked in medical-surgical units, psychiatric clinics, schools, homes, and community settings. I’ve held hands during moments of fear, coordinated care for families in crisis, and fought for patients who felt unseen by the system. Each role deepened my belief that healing must go beyond the bedside—it must reach into homes, communities, and policies.
As a nurse, I’ve always asked: What more can we do? That question led me to create Aspire Behavioral Health Solutions, Muna’s Heart Nursing Services, and MME IV Hydration Lounge—organizations built to serve the whole person. Whether it’s mental health care, transitional support, or wellness infusions, I want every patient to feel seen, respected, and empowered.
